Short by design
We publish a case study only after the client clears it in writing — so this page is short by design, and there is more we can show you in a conversation.
Clearance
Why this page is short
A decade of delivery does not all reach a public page. Most of what we have built sits under NDA, inside products our clients sell, or in government programmes. The written case studies below are in clearance now. Until they land, the anonymised vignettes here are accurate accounts of real work with the identifying detail removed.
- Delivery references from clients who have agreed to speak to prospective customers.
- Redacted architecture diagrams and bring-up reports from comparable projects.
- The Yocto layer structure and hand-over documentation from a real BSP delivery.
- Measured results — boot time, loop jitter, link-loss recovery — for work close to yours.
Selected engagements
Representative work
Client names and figures are withheld pending clearance.
Remote-monitoring gateway for a utility
CAN and Modbus RTU from field equipment, normalised and published over MQTT to the client’s platform. Store-and-forward buffering over an intermittent cellular link, with ordering and timestamps preserved across outages.
Production-efficiency system for a manufacturing line
Cycle, downtime and reject counts captured at the machine from mixed Modbus and digital-IO sources, shown on a local LVGL panel and pushed to a plant dashboard. OEE computed at the edge so it survives a network drop.
Multi-channel datalogger for process monitoring
Custom PCB, STM32 firmware and a Yocto-based host sharing one timebase for correlated acquisition across analogue and vibration channels, with logs in one open format.
Closed-loop motion controller for OEM equipment
Motor commutation and motion profiling on a custom board, worst-case latency characterised, safe-state behaviour defined and tested, and the firmware handed over with the control model.
Clients and figures are withheld until each is cleared in writing. That is slower than publishing them, and it is the same discipline your programme gets: nothing about your work appears anywhere without your signature.
